The room was super clean and the beds were really comfy, which made our stay enjoyable. We loved lounging by the indoor pool and soaking up the sun on the poolside chairs. Just wish the bathroom door shut all the way, but overall, it was a great spot to unwind! ☀️

Excellent breakfast and beautiful views

I recently had a great stay, enjoying the delicious breakfast options with plenty of variety each day. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my visit enjoyable. However, the ice machine was not functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient during my stay.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express. the location is super convenient, and the bed in my standard king room was really comfortable. the breakfast options were tasty, and every time i needed something, the staff was happy to help. i particularly appreciated the young man who went out of his way to refill coffee and cook more items for us. also, the pool was a nice touch!

Enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious room with friendly staff, but the front desk was often understaffed and a few cleanliness issues were noted. Despite this, the hotel was clean overall, and breakfast choices were varied and satisfying.

Had a great time with friends on our getaway. Rented a canoe from Zaloo's for some fun on the New River and enjoyed great scenery. The breakfast was above average, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely check out Mountain Aire Golf Club if you're into golf or just relax and take in the views.

Couple seeking a cozy escape

We spent two nights, and I gotta say, the breakfast was excellent with bacon and egg biscuits, fruit, and fresh coffee. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, even cooking some extra items when they ran out.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but we found it acceptable for what we got.
